The core discipline

Capital rarely survives three generations by default. It survives because someone structured it to.

We design the trusts, foundations and holding architecture that keep private capital intact across people, borders and decades.

A family balance sheet that grew by accident rarely survives on purpose. Assets end up in the wrong names, in the wrong places, under the wrong law. We set the holding structure, the trust or foundation, the jurisdiction and the line of control, so that ownership is clear, transfer is orderly, and the structure answers to the family rather than to whoever drafted it first. We work in the firewall jurisdictions that exist for exactly this: Cook Islands, Cayman, the British Virgin Islands, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg, each chosen on its merits. Where a mandate calls for it, the structure is Sharia-compliant.

What the work involves

  • Trust and foundation design
  • Holding-company and SPV architecture
  • Jurisdiction selection and firewall planning
  • Control, protector and reserved-power design
  • Cross-border ownership and reporting alignment (FATCA / CRS)
  • Sharia-compliant structures where required

The line we hold

Every structure is lawful, documented, and disclosed where disclosure is owed. We build for protection and order, not concealment. A structure that depends on a tax authority never finding it is not a structure. It is a liability with a delay on it.

Who retains us

Principals and families whose holdings have outgrown the arrangement that created them, and who would rather fix the structure than hope it holds.

Most holdings are not unsound. They are unstructured.
